About the Position

As a service staff member, your main task is to be there for our customers – answering questions, guiding, processing cases, and contributing to a safe and smooth housing experience. Does this sound like a role for you? Welcome with your application today!

Responsibilities

You will work together with your colleagues at the service center and have daily contact with our customers, both Swedish and international students. The tasks are varied and combine service with administration.

• Provide service via chat, phone, visits, and email.
• Handle contracts, keys, rental questions, and billing.
• Process applications, conduct study checks, and update data in our systems.
• Participate in development projects and activities.

Suitable Background

To be successful in this role, we see that you have:

• Very good computer skills and experience with the Office suite.
• A high school education and you are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Experience in customer service is an advantage.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and customer contact but also stays within given frameworks, regulations, and policy documents and therefore does not have difficulty delivering negative news. We prefer candidates with experience in a customer service role or a job where communication has been central. You understand the importance of a professional and friendly approach, and we also hope you are:

• Outgoing, communicative, and enjoy a social role.
• Businesslike, meticulous, responsible, and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Solution-oriented and comfortable with both independent work and teamwork.
• Comfortable with digital systems and eager to develop further.
