About the Role

As a procurement officer with us, you will be part of the Finance & Digitalization department and work closely with both the operations and your colleagues. The role is varied and gives you the opportunity to work in a structured manner, analyze needs, and collaborate with many different functions within the organization. You will support our business areas and departments in contract and procurement issues and play an important role in creating good and sustainable business.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Your work includes planning and executing procurements, monitoring contracts, and ongoing dialogue with suppliers and internal buyers. Your responsibilities also include:

• Support in planning and executing procurements
• Market and supplier analyses
• Preparation and review of documentation for direct procurements
• Simpler procurements of goods and services according to LOU and LUF
• Monitoring contracts, such as deliveries, price adjustments, and extensions
• Administration of the contract database, case management, and release cases

You are also responsible for ensuring that procurements are conducted in accordance with applicable legislation and internal guidelines, as well as keeping templates and procedures updated.

This is You

We are looking for someone with a completed post-secondary education in purchasing or procurement, or equivalent work experience with a completed secondary education. You have experience or education in LOU and a clear interest in business and purchasing. To succeed in this role, you also need to:

• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Have good computer skills and work confidently in the Office suite
• Hold a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in public procurement according to LOU
• Previous work experience in procurement
• Experience with the tool Kommers

Conditions and Application

Since you will be handling sensitive information in this position, a background check will be conducted on our final candidates.

Selection is ongoing, and the permanent employment begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date is immediate or as agreed.
