Masterdata Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Register and update articles & attributes, compile documentation, and input into the product management system
• Actively ensure the quality of the articles' master data, e.g., complete and correct product certificates, purchasing documents, and calculations
• Manage price and product updates
• Handle invoices with discrepancies
• Daily internal contacts with Granngården's organization, e.g., operational purchasing, store, to gather, verify, and ensure correct information in the business system

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a high school education focused on purchasing, economics, or sales, or equivalent knowledge obtained through other education and work experience.

It is an advantage if you have about 1-2 years of experience in similar work. In this role, you need:

• Experience from retail
• English proficiency in speech and writing
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 or Syndigo, or similar systems is an advantage
