We are expanding our production in insurance brokerage and are now looking for you who want to work with sales and service via phone in a developing and inclusive environment with good salary prospects.

About the position You will work to mediate insurance via phone to our clients' existing and new customers. We have high quality requirements in our calls and focus on development through coaching and continuous feedback.

Working hours: office hours Monday–Friday Scope: full-time (possibility for a slightly lower employment rate)

Salary and development You have a guaranteed salary according to the collective agreement (Unionen) as well as the opportunity to influence your salary through commission. The salary range today is approximately 24,000 – 37,000 SEK.

You will receive an introduction with sales training and insurance training that will lead to you becoming an approved insurance broker registered with the Financial Supervisory Authority.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, goal-oriented, and has a positive attitude towards sales. You enjoy performing, developing, and contributing to a good team cohesion.

Qualifications (requirements)

• Experience in telephone sales (required)

• Good Swedish in speech and writing

• Service-oriented and comfortable working towards goals

Other We work from our shared office and over time there is also the possibility of hybrid work, depending on the setup and agreement.
