At Resultify, we are looking for a digital marketer who is hands-on in SEO/SEM but can also understand the business and set a clear strategy for the client's digital marketing.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work both advisory and hands-on. You will be responsible for several client relationships and drive ongoing activities and projects within digital marketing – always with a clear link to the client's business goals.

You will, among other things:

• Plan, execute, and optimize efforts in SEO and SEM with a clear connection to business goals.

• Set strategy for the customer's buying journey, messaging, and channel selection.

• Work across multiple channels (e.g., Google Ads, Paid Social, SEO) and prioritize where you create the most impact.

• Follow up on results, draw insights, and translate them into concrete recommendations.

• Be close to the client in dialogue and delivery, with clear goals and follow-up.

• Bonus: help set up tracking/measuring so we can optimize based on the right data.

• 3–5+ years in digital marketing (agency background is a big advantage).

• Strong hands-on experience in SEO and SEM, and confidence in driving ongoing optimization.

• Ability to think both strategically and operationally.

• Experience working data-driven and communicating clearly with clients.

• HubSpot is nice-to-have (but not a requirement).
