Key Account Team Leader!

Wildlife Garden Ab is a family-owned company founded in 2005 in Båstad.

Our signature is functional and nature-inspired design objects for the home and garden. Nature is close to our hearts, and we dedicate significant time and effort to creating products with care for both people and the environment.

We currently have 13 employees at our headquarters in the business village of Båstad, and three employees in China. Here, we foster a helpful and engaged culture where we share knowledge, support each other across departmental boundaries, and have quick access to decision-makers. Our turnover is 50 million SEK with stable and long-term growth. We collaborate with over a thousand retailers from Europe to Australia, and 85% of our sales are exports.

We are looking for a business-driven Key Account Manager who thrives with significant autonomy and will lead the sales department.

As Team Leader, you will lead, stimulate, and develop our sales department. Together, you will ensure our sales targets are met, and you will develop customer relationships and markets across Europe.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has several years of experience in Key Account Management or sales with independent business responsibility.
  • Has experience from the interior and design industry as well as international relations.
  • Is accustomed to building and developing long-term customer relationships.
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. French and German are a plus.
  • Is business-minded, analytical, and structured, with strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial environment where initiative and personal responsibility are essential.
  • Has leadership experience and enjoys stimulating, encouraging, and motivating colleagues.
  • Never gives up and has an extraordinary commitment to your work.
  • Has experience working towards budget goals, carefully monitoring statistics, and achieving sales targets.
  • Has experience with CRM systems and is proficient in the Office suite.
  • Has a valid driver's license (Category B).

In your professional role, you will:

  • Be responsible for and further develop relationships with the company's existing key accounts.
  • Act as Team Leader for our sales team and develop sales among existing customers.
  • Focus on developing team performance, strengthening sales efforts, and ensuring that sales representatives meet their set goals.
  • Work actively with business development and account penetration, identify new business opportunities, and in the long term, develop new sales channels.
  • Plan and execute campaigns and activities with a clear commercial focus.
  • Drive assortment development by presenting and securing buy-ins for launches, product innovations, and category proposals among customers.
  • Act as the company's eyes and ears in the market by following consumer trends, competitors, and market developments.
  • Travel and work at trade fairs throughout Europe.

You are expected to have a clear business drive and be confident in analyzing results, identifying areas for improvement, and turning insights into concrete actions. The role requires close collaboration with colleagues in the sales department, while also having the ability to look at the big picture from a strategic perspective.

You will report to the CEO. Our office is located in Båstad, and the position requires 100% on-site presence, except during business travel.
