Vartex is a constantly growing company that sells products within fitness, training, and outdoor activities. They are part of WeSports, Sweden's leading e-commerce player in sports equipment. With offices in central Malmö and a dedicated workforce, they work to offer their customers outstanding service, knowledgeable advice, and a secure shopping experience.

We are in an exciting phase of expansion and are now looking for a customer service representative with an interest in training, fitness, sports, and outdoor activities, who is ready for new challenges. As part of a dynamic team, you will use your service-oriented approach to help customers with questions, problems, and well-founded purchasing decisions.

As a customer service representative, you will have a varied workday that includes customer support via phone, chat, and email. You will also handle orders, service cases, and delivery issues. Furthermore, you will provide professional guidance to help customers choose the right products based on their needs, whether it concerns training equipment, fitness products, or outdoor gear. You will collaborate closely with your team to ensure that our customers receive an outstanding experience from first contact to case closure. This role suits you if you enjoy problem-solving, customer interaction, and working in a company where the pace is high and development is moving forward.

The position is a full-time employment with working hours during office hours, Monday to Friday, at our office in Malmö. The position is long-term and begins with a 6-month probationary period, starting in early August. This is a direct recruitment, which means that StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process, but you will be directly employed by Vartex.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who have:

• Excellent communication skills in both speech and writing.
• Ability to provide professional and personal service to both corporate and private customers.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Good understanding of e-commerce and the sales process.
• Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
• Additional merit if you speak another Nordic language.
