Job Description

As a Digital Analytics Specialist, you will have overall responsibility for developing and managing the digital analytics tools that are critical for tracking and optimizing our client's marketing. You move seamlessly between strategic thinking and practical implementation. Your role largely revolves around democratizing data – creating tools and dashboards that make it easy for both the internal marketing team and colleagues in the business operations to track and maximize the impact of their work.

As a consultant at Randstad, you will become part of our network of experts while working on-site with our client in Malmö. The assignment is initially for 6 months, starting in July and running until the end of December, with good opportunities for extension.

The assignment will be performed on-site in Malmö.

Scope: 80% - On-site.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for digital analytics tools critical for tracking and optimizing marketing efforts.
• Create dashboards and tools that enable the marketing team and business operations to track their own work independently.
• Analyze and map customer journeys for different customer groups across both app and web environments.
• Translate insights from customer journeys to continuously optimize marketing efforts and user experience (UX).

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Deep technical and practical understanding of tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or Adobe Analytics.
• Documented experience in analyzing customer journeys in both app and web environments.
• Proficiency in building user-friendly reports in Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Ability to pedagogically explain complex data to both marketing teams and other business stakeholders.
