We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist for a 6-month fixed-term position. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the sales team and marketing department within both the European and American organizations. Your task will be to create, structure, and drive digital communication – from strategy to execution – with a focus on visibility, engagement, and lead generation. You will also support internal events and trade shows, and contribute to inspiring other business areas to think differently in their marketing.
You will:
- Use AI tools and marketing automation platforms for efficient communication.
- Collaborate with other business areas and global marketing resources to create unified messages.
- Plan, analyze, and follow up on campaigns and content performance, contributing to the group's joint marketing reporting.
- Produce video and image material – from start to finish, including photography/filming and editing.
- Ensure that content is used and reused internally within the organization.
- Coordinate trade shows and marketing materials.
You are someone with both technical understanding and creative flair, who thrives driving your own work but also collaborates well in a team. You are accustomed to working in a data-driven manner and know how to combine content, technology, and analysis to create impact in digital channels. You have a good business understanding, are self-motivated and curious – and thrive in a global, complex environment where you get to inspire others to think differently.
We believe you have:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or communication, preferably in an international B2B environment. We are also open to candidates with less experience if the profile and motivation are right.
- Experience creating and managing content for digital channels – especially LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in using content and design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic knowledge of photography and video production, including simple editing.
- Experience with AI tools and marketing automation platforms (preferably Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills and experience in following up on campaigns using data.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
