Do you want to create new values in a company that makes a real difference? We are now looking for a Customer Support representative to join our customer service team. You will become an important part of the regional customer service organization where collaboration, joy, and care are key words.

About the role

In your role as Customer Support, you create a positive customer experience by being our face to our customers and take responsibility for solving the customer's needs both short-term and long-term, with a sustainable perspective.

You are responsible for handling incoming cases through the channels where the customer contacts us and owning the cases all the way to ensure a good customer experience. You work primarily in our business system and with email and the phone as your primary work tools. You help customers get good handling of their waste and develop the customer's business by working with value-added services, seeing the big picture, and seeking long-term and sustainable solutions based on the customer's needs. You work closely with other colleagues at the facility and also have close contact with other employees in the company. Communication and collaboration are an important part of your work, and in this role, you need to be able to understand and see the entire flow in the value chain so that we can achieve the best results together.

Who are you?

The work requires that you as a person are service-oriented, work efficiently, are flexible, and enjoy building new relationships as well as nurturing existing ones. You find it easy to communicate with people around you, are attentive in your treatment, and work actively to create a good customer experience.

Working hours are daytime, Monday-Friday.

Qualifications:

  • A few years of experience from customer service.
  • High school education or other equivalent education.
  • Experience working with the Office package.
  • Good ability to learn new business systems.
  • Very good communicative and written skills in Swedish and English.

If you have experience from previous equivalent work or other experiences that can contribute to strengthening our customer support, this is an advantage.
