About the Role

We are currently looking for an engaged and service-oriented individual to join our customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for providing them with the best possible service. Your main role will be to answer incoming calls and resolve any issues. You will also handle administrative tasks.

Your Profile

To be considered for this role, you must speak fluent Swedish and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. We prefer candidates with previous experience in customer-facing roles, but this is not a requirement as long as you have the right attitude and drive to learn.

Requirements

• Minimum of a high school education.
• Good command of Swedish in both written and spoken form.
• Availability to start within one month.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A strong desire to learn and develop.
