Customer Service and Retention Specialist
Fibio is one of Sweden's fastest-growing independent mobile operators on the Telenor network. We are now looking for a customer service and retention specialist who wants to work in an operational role involving both service and sales.
About the Role
In this role, you will handle both incoming and outgoing customer contact.
You will assist existing customers via phone with questions regarding subscriptions, invoices, number transfers, and other matters. At the same time, you will actively work to retain customers who are considering leaving us and help customers find solutions that suit their needs.
The work involves a combination of customer service, administration, and sales. You will work in several different systems and have daily contact with customers.
You will receive a clear introduction, training, and ongoing support to succeed in the role.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist customers with questions regarding subscriptions and services
- Work with cancellations, retention, and customer care
- Contact customers in various service and follow-up matters
- Register and administer cases in our systems
- Ensure high service levels and a good customer experience
- Contribute to achieving the team's goals within service and retention
We are looking for someone who
- Has experience in customer service, sales, telemarketing, or similar customer-facing work
- Enjoys talking to people
- Is service-oriented and solution-focused
- Has a positive attitude towards sales
- Is detail-oriented and structured
- Is comfortable working in various systems
- Has a strong work ethic and high attendance
- Is responsible and reliable
- Contributes a positive attitude to the work group
Previous experience is meritorious but not decisive. We place great emphasis on personality, attitude, and the desire to develop.
Employment Terms
- Full-time, Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00
- Probation period of 6 months
- Workplace in central Helsingborg
