Boxflow is now looking for a Logistics Coordinator for our operations in Östra Ljungby. We are looking for you who thrive in an administrative role with many contact points and who are motivated by creating structure, solving problems, and ensuring high quality in daily work.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will become an important part of our operations and act as the link between customers, production, carriers, and internal functions. The role is administrative and offers great variety, where you will work with everything from order processing and invoicing to customer communication and quality follow-up.

About the position

• Location: Östra Ljungby
• Working hours: Daytime, Monday–Friday 07:00–16:00
• Employment type: Full-time
• Reports to: Site Manager

Your responsibilities

• Handling order flows and transport bookings
• Troubleshooting and follow-up of order-related deviations
• Investigation and follow-up of quality and delivery deviations
• Daily customer communication and participation in customer meetings
• Preparation of reports, statistics, and decision support materials

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in administrative work, preferably within logistics, warehousing, or transport
• Has good system competence and easily adapts to new ways of working
• Has good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Is meticulous, responsible, and structured
