About the position

As a salesperson at Stenbolaget, you help and guide our customers to the right products for their projects. You are responsible for creating a first-class customer experience – from first contact to completed sale.

Your main tasks include:

• Helping customers find the right solutions for their projects.
• Preparing and following up on quotes.
• Building long-term customer relationships.
• Contributing to the store's sales and common goals.

At our company, we work towards clear sales targets. You are motivated by making deals, creating results, and developing together with your colleagues.

Our stores are open Monday–Friday from 07:00–18:00 and on weekends from 10:00–15:00. Working hours are scheduled within these times.

Who are you? We believe that you:

• Have experience from the construction industry or hardware trade, or a strong interest in the area.
• Have experience in sales, preferably within construction or retail.
• Are service-oriented, engaged, and thrive working towards set goals.
• Are a team player who likes to take responsibility and contribute to a positive work climate.

The most important thing for us is not exactly what you have done before – but who you are. If you have the right attitude, drive, and willingness to develop, we will teach you the rest.
