About the Role
As a Sales Assistant, you will step into a varied role where you become a central part of the sales process without individual sales targets. You will work closely with the salesperson for the Norwegian market and act as their operational and administrative extension. The focus is on taking overall responsibility for administration, order handling, supplier contacts, and follow-up so that the salesperson can fully focus on customer dialogue and business development.
You are expected to quickly familiarize yourself with information, processes, and systems, and to independently pick up, drive forward, and own tasks. You will handle everything from supplier contact, writing specifications, driving printing processes with proofs and approvals, following up on samples, certificates, and deliveries, to ensuring everything is correctly documented in the system.
More concretely, the role includes:
- Administrative and operational support to the salesperson
- Order handling, call-offs, delivery, and transport booking
- Follow-up of delivery plans and deviations
- Supplier contact regarding specifications, printing, samples, and certificates
- Management and updating of prices according to agreements, raw material indices, and currencies
- Compilation and preparation of quotations and contracts
- Close dialogue with the warehouse, salesperson, and other internal functions
About You
You are a person who thrives best when you have an overview, structure, and control over details. You take responsibility for your tasks and ensure they are completed, even when it requires reminding, following up, or having extra conversations.
You are self-assured, receptive, and collaboration-oriented. In your communication, you are professional and clear, both internally and externally, and you easily build trust in collaborations. You are not afraid to ask questions when something is unclear and take initiative when needed.

You understand how your work affects both customers and colleagues and are motivated by contributing to smooth and professional sales processes. The following are requirements for the position:
- Secondary education
- A few years of experience in administrative work, preferably within sales support, economic administration, order handling, customer service, or similar
- Experience in customer or supplier contact
- Very good system proficiency, preferably in an ERP or CRM system
- Good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite
- Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Other Information
Start: Immediately according to agreement
Location: Örkelljunga, no possibility of remote work
Scope: Full-time
Working hours: Monday - Friday
Salary: Fixed salary according to agreement + possible bonuses
