Bilcentrumgruppen is looking for a Service Advisor in Hässleholm.

We are now seeking a dedicated and competent Service Advisor with technical understanding to maximize efficiency and operations in our workshop. Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

Your Responsibilities

As a service advisor, you are the link between the customer and the workshop and play a key role in our operations. Your main responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers both in person and via phone/email
• Scheduling service and repair work
• Providing professional advice on service, repairs, and additional services
• Creating work orders and ensuring correct documentation
• Following up on ongoing work and keeping customers informed
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through a personal and solution-oriented approach
• Handling invoicing
• Collaborating closely with technicians and parts staff for smooth workflows
• Actively working on upselling relevant services and products

We are looking for someone with good administrative skills, an understanding of workshop planning and warranty processes, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. It is important that you can work structured under pressure with clear priorities.
