Region Skåne operates in many locations. All our hospitals provide care to patients across various medical specialties. Skåne University Hospital is the third largest in Sweden and offers highly specialized care in Malmö and Lund. In Helsingborg, Kristianstad, and Ystad, there are acute hospitals with maternity care. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

During the summer of 2026, we need reinforcement in healthcare administration. The work may include some medical record writing as well as other administrative tasks. As an administrator with us, you will have a varied job with competent colleagues who will help you get started.

We are looking for employees in many different areas within our organization, so you can specify which department and location you would like to work in. Your preferences will be taken into account in matching with our operations.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a medical student and have completed and passed at least semester six by the summer of 2026. In your application, we want you to attach a transcript of records from the medical program. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and medical terminology.

We value your ability to work independently and take initiative while also having good collaboration skills.
