Being a receptionist is an incredibly versatile role that requires adaptability. Flexibility is important for this position - you should be able to work 2-3 days a week and be prepared to step in at short notice. This means you might receive a call in the morning to cover a shift the same day. During the summer, there may also be full-time work for a few weeks.

Examples of tasks as a receptionist:

• Welcome visitors and colleagues at the reception with high-level service
• Receive orders for office supplies, breakfast, and catering
• Answer phone calls, manage emails, book meeting rooms, check in visitors, and produce access cards/loan cards
• Handle fault reports and always stay one step ahead of the customer
• Be helpful and attentive regarding daily operations in contact with the customer.
• Ensure that the premises are in top condition and that conference technology works optimally.

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but leased to our client.

We are looking for someone with at least a high school education, preferably with work experience in the receptionist profession. You master both Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing.
