Job Responsibilities

About the Job

At our Customer Center in Drottninghög, we are the first point of contact for our customers – both existing and prospective tenants. Here we handle everything from reporting issues and rental inquiries to booking venues and selecting housing maintenance. We assist our customers via phone, email, and chat to provide quick and professional service.

What you will do;

• Answer incoming inquiries via phone and email
• Register and book issue reports
• Assist customers in the rental process and housing-related matters
• Register other incoming matters
• Other administrative tasks as needed

Who We Are Looking For;

• You have completed post-secondary education, preferably in service or property management, or other equivalent experience in customer service
• You have good computer skills and administrative abilities
• You speak and write Swedish and English fluently – additional languages are a plus
• You are service-oriented, accommodating, and enjoy a role where you help others
• You are flexible, responsible, and enjoy working both independently and in a team

The position is a one-year temporary contract starting at the end of January or by agreement.
