About the job

You will work with the processing and investigation of cases that vary in scope and complexity. Some cases are simple and quick, while others take more time. With the support of laws and regulations, you will assess the documentation, investigate, analyze, and make decisions. You will have many customer contacts via phone, email, and letters, and many of these contacts require you to feel comfortable using English.

You will plan your work and drive your cases both independently and in collaboration with others. In teamwork, your contribution is important, and you need to take responsibility and participate in the collective work moving forward. In the processing, you will make independent decisions, but during the investigation, you are open to both giving and receiving support from your colleagues. Alongside your tasks, we are constantly working to develop and improve our operations. You will have flexible working hours, and it is a given for us that you should have a balance between work and leisure.

You will belong to the corporate taxation unit 1 at the corporate taxation department, located in Malmö, Karlskrona, or Kristianstad.

You should also have:

• a university degree of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits) in a relevant field such as economics or law
• current and relevant work experience in case handling, for example from public service, agencies, insurance companies, or banks.

It is desirable that you have current and relevant work experience in meeting people from different backgrounds via phone and email, for example from public service, agencies, insurance companies, or banks.

Good to know

The employment is permanent and may start with a six-month probationary period.

Employment with us may involve placement in a security class. A security review with a background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) may therefore be conducted before a decision on employment. For some of our tasks in security class, Swedish citizenship is required.
