About the Role

As Group Financial Controller, you will play a central role in building the group's financial structure, processes, and reporting environment. You will be responsible for the group's financial reporting and analysis work. You will be the hub of the financial flow, where you, together with the CFO and Business Controller, ensure the quality of the figures and create insights that drive the business forward. The role means that you will work both operationally close to the numbers and strategically to develop a scalable group function that can support continued international expansion.

This is an opportunity for you who want to combine group accounting, controlling, system development, and M&A in a rapidly growing environment. You will collaborate with the CFO/COO, business controller, and finance functions in Sweden, the Nordics, and the UK. The role also initially involves personnel responsibility for two accountants in the Swedish company.

Your main responsibilities:

- Responsible for consolidation and reporting for Exakta Photo Group

- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the Swedish companies

- Ongoing result analysis, budget and forecasting work, as well as cash flow analyses

- Further development and optimization of the newly implemented consolidation system IBM Controller

- Contribute to building a scalable reporting and BI structure for the entire group.

- Work on automation and streamlining of processes, routines, and data quality.

- Work operationally with the integration of new units into the group's financial environment.

- Support the CFO with financial analyses and due diligence work.

- Support management with financial decision-making and strategic analysis

- Contact with external auditors and responsibility for Swedish annual reports

- Collaboration with international finance teams in Norway, Denmark, and the UK

About You

To succeed in the role, we see that you have good analytical and communicative skills, are unpretentious, and enjoy a role where you work both operationally and strategically.

The following are requirements for the position:

- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

- 3–6 years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, or auditing

- Experience in group reporting and consolidation

- Good understanding of financial systems and strong Excel skills

- Experience with IBM Controller or similar tools

- Ability to build and improve financial processes

- Previous exposure to international group accounting

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written


Meritorious:

- Experience in an international company and/or private equity-owned company

- Involvement in company acquisitions
