EUROPART always strives to have the best employees, and now you have the chance to become part of our team! We believe that collaboration is the key to success and continuously work to strengthen team spirit and well-being. We value our employees and place a high value on creating a work environment that promotes community, development, and innovation. Together, we create opportunities!
Are you a whiz at payroll, enjoy structure, and think that personnel issues are just as important as allowances? Then you could be our next superstar! We are looking for someone who wants a varied everyday life where you can juggle payroll and HR coordination without losing your cool (or your Excel file) 😉
About the job
We are now looking for an independent and meticulous HR & payroll coordinator with a knack for numbers and people, as well as curiosity for new systems and solutions. Initially, you will focus on the Swedish company, but over time you will also work with the Danish and Finnish companies. We envision the role looking something like this:
- Payroll process: Ensure that the right salary reaches the right account on time (and that no one is calling in a panic on the 25th). Manage pensions, insurances, company cars, and other ongoing payroll-related matters for both salaried employees and workers. You will be involved in implementing a brand new payroll system that goes live on January 1st, PayZlip. This will be a significant boost for us, and you will drive the project forward together with our current payroll consultant, who will leave their assignment in 2026. In the future, there may be an opportunity to work with payroll for the Danish company as well.
- HR coordination: Manage pre-, on-, and offboarding processes, keep track of vacation lists, and drive HR and leadership projects together with the HR Manager while handling ongoing personnel administration. Administer and manage the workplace environment system IA and coordinate with the business. Manage the competency bank and work on long-term training projects together with the HR Manager. Be the one who keeps track of both GDPR and who has the next anniversary 😀
You will be part of a team that supports each other at EUROPART's Nordic headquarters in Malmö with 11 happy colleagues who support 200 colleagues in Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. We have moved to new fresh premises in Bernstorp, which we are incredibly happy about.
You will report to and work closely with the Director of Corporate Services - Denise Hallbäck, but will collaborate with several contact points within the company, including the finance department and office administration, both in Sweden and Denmark.
What are we looking for?
We believe that...
- You have good experience in payroll administration and can manage the process from start to finish independently.
- You are curious and interested in personnel issues and project coordination.
- You have basic knowledge of HR and want to develop further.
- You are not afraid of challenges but see them as an opportunity.
- You enjoy structure and are meticulous, but are not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed.
- You are unpretentious, solution-oriented, and have enough humor to laugh at a really bad joke 😆
- You speak Swedish and English fluently and can handle both people and numbers with finesse. If you can speak Danish, that is a big plus.
What do we offer?
We offer you an exciting and developing role in an international and market-leading company where you will be part of a successful team. We are a customer-oriented company focused on service and quality. Our company is in an expansive phase, and we want to develop together with our employees. Terms according to the applicable collective agreement.
- An exciting and developing role in a stable and expanding company.
- Opportunity to work with market-leading products and solutions.
- A pleasant work environment with engaged colleagues.
- Support and training to develop in your role and achieve your goals.
- A positive corporate culture where we value diversity, collaboration, and development.
