Sales Operations Lead - Temporary Position
Presto is now expanding with a temporary position for a new role as Sales Operations Lead! Here, you will be the central person ensuring that Presto's sales organization operates smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for ensuring that processes, systems, and routines work in everyday life, supporting the sales team and management, solving urgent problems, and ensuring that the team has the right conditions to perform, here and now. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Tasks
In this role, you will have operational responsibility for Presto's sales organization, where the goal is to ensure effective sales processes. You will ensure that processes and routines are followed, that sales support systems work, and that employees have the right conditions to perform. The role is about making everything work here and now, from onboarding and training to handling system issues and administrative flows, where you manage everything from small to large cases. You are the one who identifies problems, corrects errors, optimizes routines, and ensures that the team can focus on sales.
You will also act as a bridge between the sales organization and other internal functions to ensure that everyone works according to common guidelines and that the processes are clear and consistent. The role is a temporary position for one year, focusing on driving processes and system support in practice rather than developing the entire organization in the long term.
In the role, you will, among other things:
- Ensure that sales processes and administrative routines are followed, and that systems function correctly, both in everyday flows and in more complex situations.
- Support the sales teams and management by developing training materials during onboarding and providing ongoing support in processes and systems, focusing on quickly finding solutions when problems arise.
- Follow up on errors, correct deviations, and identify recurring problems to keep the flows smooth and facilitate for both teams and management.
- Be the contact person and link between the sales organization and other internal functions, ensuring that cases, big or small, are handled efficiently and responsibly.
- Take operational responsibility and be agile in everyday life, with the ability to prioritize, solve problems, and facilitate work for the teams and management proactively.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has experience in sales support, process development, or administration within a sales-oriented organization.
- Has good system understanding and experience with CRM or business systems.
- Is structured, self-driven, and analytical, with the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.
- Has pedagogical skills and can educate and support users in a clear and inspiring way.
- Can express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you have:
- Experience from growth companies.
- Experience in fire protection or internal safety routines.
- Familiarity with managing multiple systems and flows simultaneously.
