Process Lawyer Wanted at Nordbro

Nordbro continues its expansion and we are now looking for an experienced process lawyer with a passion for driving disputes, analyzing legal issues, and creating long-term solutions for our clients.

About the Position

You will be offered a qualified and developing position with many contacts in a company characterized by short decision-making paths, a high level of ambition, and close proximity to its clients.

We have a good inflow of new assignments, so you do not need to find your own clients. We want you to have the ability to further develop existing client relationships positively for both parties.

As a process lawyer with us, you will:

• Represent clients in disputes in court and arbitration proceedings
• Independently manage and be responsible for cases from start to finish
• Analyze legal issues and provide strategic advice
• Work closely with clients and colleagues to achieve the best possible results

The position reports to the Chief Legal Officer.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Law degree (jur kand)
• At least 3 years of experience after graduation, preferably from a law firm or court
• Previous experience in procedural law is highly valuable
• Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish
• Good commercial understanding and client focus
• Drive, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented approach

In this recruitment process, we use psychological testing for candidates selected for interviews and background checks for the final candidate.

A driving license (B) is a plus.

About the Company

Since 2006, Nordbro has been delivering modern and accessible business law and debt collection services. We currently have over 40 employees and are located in lovely premises in central Malmö and Växjö.

At Nordbro's legal department, we work with legal advice and assist as representatives in contract negotiations, legal processes, and disputes. Our strength has always been our large litigation department with the ability to resolve disputes both in and out of court.

Most of our clients are owner-managed companies, which means you often get close contact with the client companies and their representatives. Nordbro has a stable client base and several deep collaborations with, among others, the Swedish Federation of Small Businesses and Fortnox Finans.
