Caldic is an international chemistry and food company, primarily focused on food in the Nordic region. In Malmö, they have recently opened their newly built premises in Fosie, where they have production and distribution of over 4000 different products and ingredients. They are now looking for a consultant for 4 months to join their finance team. The position involves, among other things:

• Management of accounts payable, scanning incoming invoices, booking in ISP, coding, and approval.
• Participation in monthly closing regarding accruals, open items, provisions, and accrued expenses.
• Creating and sending bank files.
• Monitoring and managing shared inboxes.

This is a full-time consulting assignment starting in early January until the end of April 2026. Working hours are Monday to Friday during the day from 08:00 to 16:30. In this position, you will be employed by StudentConsulting but will work for Caldic at their new office in Fosie, Malmö.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education in finance or a couple of years of experience in a similar role.
• Has very good computer and system skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

To thrive in the role, you should be driven, curious, and meticulous. You have an easy time learning new things and are eager to absorb new information to continuously develop. Additionally, you have the ability to work independently and take responsibility, but can also collaborate with other teams.
