In our Journalservice, there are currently four employees based at the Central Hospital in Karlstad. We are a service-oriented unit characterized by competent staff, a willingness to develop, engagement, responsibility, and participation.

Your tasks

The position is a temporary contract for 6 months starting by agreement.

As an assistant with us, you will perform tasks such as journal release, record keeping, invoicing, research output, and telephone service.

Your skills and competencies

We are looking for someone with experience in our journal management system, Cosmic.

It is an advantage if you have experience in administration and knowledge of Region Värmland's various IT systems, such as Platina.

You are meticulous, flexible, responsible, and service-oriented with a good attitude. To thrive with us, you should be able to organize your work independently but also have a good ability to collaborate in a team. You see opportunities and take your own initiatives for improvements and development. Personal suitability is highly valued.
