Your Responsibilities

In the role of Quality Technician, you will have the opportunity to drive and develop quality issues, ensure that our processes meet high standards, and contribute to continuous improvements. You will work in an international context with travel to our operations in Lithuania, where you will collaborate closely with colleagues.

• Contact customers and suppliers regarding quality and environmental issues
• Plan and follow up on quality work, including audits and documentation (e.g., FMEA and 8D)
• Manage deviations and improve processes to reduce quality failure costs
• Monitor requirements and ensure that the company's quality system meets the standards

Your Profile

Are you a person who likes structure and order and is driven by quality and facts? Then you might be the right person for this position. We are looking for someone who is motivated to ensure that quality work meets customer requirements and who wants to work with analysis and evaluations in an unpretentious team. We work with clear processes and meticulous documentation, and we believe you will appreciate that.

The role requires technical competence and experience with quality management systems, where you will have the opportunity to work with standards, audits, and in-depth problem-solving. You will play a central role in maintaining and developing our quality system, leading customer projects, and ensuring that our products meet both customer and regulatory requirements. If you value order, precision, and long-term solutions, this is the right challenge for you. We believe you have experience in:

• Customer contacts in quality and environmental issues
• Planning and following up on quality work including audits and documentation
• Deviation management and process improvement
• Monitoring and ensuring that the company's quality system meets the standards
