Are you a structured and solution-oriented economist who thrives in a broad and business-oriented role? Miller Graphics Scandinavia in Sunne is looking for a driven and analytical economist with good business understanding and a desire to develop in line with the company.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for accounting and financial statements in an international operation with a strong local presence. You will also be responsible for group reporting for Nordic, which includes both Scandinavia and Finland.

As an Economist at Miller Graphics in Sunne, you will have a broad and business-oriented role in an organization that is in an exciting phase of development. You will be responsible for accounting, financial statements, and reporting to the group, while also playing an important role in identifying and driving improvements in the financial processes. The position reports to the CFO and offers good opportunities for increased responsibility.

You will work closely with colleagues in finance and provide support in matters related to finance, administration, and business management. In this role, you will also have the opportunity to develop in controlling and business analysis, focusing on supporting the business in making data-driven decisions.

We are looking for someone with a relevant post-secondary education in finance and several years of experience in qualified financial work - preferably from an accounting firm or as an accountant in a broad role. We would like you to be confident in financial statement work and have a curiosity for technology, data, and business development.

As a person, you are analytical and structured with a strong drive. You find it easy to collaborate, are willing to share your knowledge, and thrive in an environment where you can combine operational responsibility with a strategic perspective.

We believe you are business-minded, have good communication skills, and see the big picture in the organization, whether you are working with numbers, systems, or people. If you also thrive in a smaller team with quick decision-making, where you can influence - then we believe you will enjoy this role.

To thrive and succeed in the role, we would like you to have:

• Post-secondary education in finance or accounting
• Several years of experience in qualified financial work
• Experience in financial statement work
• Familiarity with working in English 

It is an advantage if you have experience in reporting within a group structure, have participated in budgeting and forecasting processes, and have a curiosity about how technology can contribute to more data-driven and efficient processes.
