Summer Job as Customer Service Officer at Driving Test in Karlstad Job Responsibilities

Our task at Driving Test is to conduct tests in the areas of driver's licenses and professional traffic. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to ensuring that every customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their knowledge. In your daily work, you will meet many different customers, so customer service and clear communication are important parts of your job. At times, the pace can be high, so you need to be comfortable with that as part of the work. Your main tasks include welcoming our customers at the reception and conducting knowledge tests both in groups and individually. In connection with the knowledge tests, you will perform ID checks and assist our customers with photography for their driver's licenses. Some administrative tasks may occur.

Duration of the summer job: 2026-05-01 - 2026-08-31.

Each summer job is advertised separately. This means that you need to apply for each summer job you are interested in. If you meet the requirements, you may be considered for several summer jobs and thus be contacted by different managers for interviews.

If you meet the requirements in the advertisement and proceed in the recruitment process, you will be required to complete web-based selection tests. Invitations to the tests are sent via email after the application period has ended. Selection for interviews is based on the requirements in the advertisement and the results from the selection tests.

As a person, you are solution-oriented and have the ability to understand various tasks and resolve situations that arise. You have good collaboration skills, are engaged, and perform your tasks reliably. You are motivated by active participation where you responsibly take charge of your tasks while being aware of how you are part of and contribute to the whole by collaborating with others.

We are looking for someone who

• is at least 23 years old, which is the minimum age to conduct knowledge tests according to the Transport Agency's regulations
• has an ongoing higher education or university degree, or has completed such education in 2024 or later.
• has good knowledge of the Office suite
• has a driver's license for a manual transmission vehicle
• has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• has good knowledge of English in spoken form
