As an employee on the Student Agreement for Companies, your main tasks are:

Being an employee on a student agreement means gaining valuable insight into working at a bank and having your own areas of responsibility. Working at Student Agreement Companies, Westra Wermlands Sparbank in Arvika primarily involves assisting during the summer vacation, as well as helping with administration, bookings, inquiries, via phone and digitally. Here we handle everything from general questions from entrepreneurs to assisting with a wide range of inquiries they may have with their bank and booking further consultations.

We believe you are well-suited for the role if you:

• Have personal qualities such as communication skills, sense of responsibility, and teamwork ability.

• Get energy from meeting many customers every day in various channels.

• Enjoy always helping our customers in a banking environment and providing that little extra.

• Find it easy to collaborate with colleagues throughout the bank, but are also good at working independently.

• Work best when there is a lot to do, you are good at working structured and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Are studying at a university in economics or equivalent.

• Are proficient in the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

• Have a driver's license.

Facts about the job at Student Agreement Companies Arvika:

• Bank training that starts in the spring on days when you can be free from studies, it is a prerequisite that you can work 1-2 days a week during the training until summer.

• The position is located at the office in Arvika.

• Student agreement with terms according to collective agreements.

• Work shifts according to agreement during the year but consecutive weeks in the summer.

• We provide relevant training for the position, which takes place during working hours.
