As a Business Advisor based in Charlottenberg for Westra Wermlands Sparbank, you will be part of the corporate team and an important business partner to the bank's corporate clients. You will primarily be responsible for existing clients but will also work with new corporate clients. In this role, you will also work with associations and be part of corporate market support via phone.

You will have a close relationship with your clients and support them throughout the process with profitable, sustainable proposals and business solutions aimed at helping them grow and develop. You will work with financial analysis and follow-up of clients' operations as well as credit preparation. Your tasks will include booking, preparing, and conducting advisory meetings and administering systems required by regulations.

You will collaborate with the bank's entire expertise so that we can grow together with our clients. You will receive internal training during working hours and gain broad knowledge within banking and participate in specific training in business advising.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in entrepreneurship and helping corporate clients. Digital tools are a natural part of your everyday life, and you have the ability to initiate, drive, and follow up on sales processes while offering clients relevant solutions. Your ability to listen and build long-term, strong relationships is excellent. You are self-driven, structured, and possess a strong personal drive and good business acumen. You are explicitly relationship-driven but also have both an analytical and pedagogical side. You gain energy from creating results and delivering world-class service. You find it easy to express yourself communicatively and naturally want to share information about the bank and the savings bank idea.

You have good knowledge of economics and/or finance. It is an advantage if you have worked with any form of services for corporate clients.

Facts about the position

• Full-time, permanent position with a probationary period.

• Start date by agreement.

• As a Business Advisor, you will be part of a team with about ten competent colleagues.

• Location Charlottenberg with a requirement that you have a driver's license and can work throughout the Eda area.
