Are you a curious and self-driven accounting economist who wants to work closely with the business and have a clear responsibility in the daily financial work?

We are now looking for an accounting economist for a well-established company in the spare parts industry. You will work closely with the CFO and be a central part of the finance function in a growing business, with a fast pace and a strong focus on quality.

You will be employed as a consultant through LiNCK. The assignment is a fixed-term employment starting in the spring and running until September 2027. If you are curious about the next step in your career, we look forward to your application!

You will be responsible for the ongoing financial work and ensure that daily operations run smoothly. The role is operational and broad, focusing on structure, accuracy, and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts payable and receivable

• Bank reconciliations

• Ongoing bookkeeping

• Reconciliation of balance accounts

• Preparation and quality assurance for monthly financial statements

• Investigate discrepancies and ensure reasonableness in accounting

• Support to the sales organization in finance-related questions

• Certain administrative handling related to the finance function

You do not need to independently prepare the entire financial statement, but you should be able to confidently reconcile, analyze, and prepare documentation. During the monthly financial closing, the pace is high and deadlines are clear, which is something you thrive in.

We are looking for someone who wants to take the next step in their career but is already confident in their skills. You may currently work as an accounting assistant or similar, or have a background from an agency - but above all, we believe you are an unpretentious person with a desire to develop.

We believe that you:

• Have experience in qualified ongoing accounting work

• Are self-driven and can quickly adapt to new tasks

• Understand the connections in accounting and can question figures

• Have good structure and respect for deadlines

• Are analytical and solution-oriented

• Have a natural interest in IT and easily learn new systems

Familiarity with systems is important, but even more important is your ability to quickly understand new systems and be confident in finance. Experience with Jeeves or SAP is a plus.

You will be employed as a consultant through LiNCK. The assignment is a fixed-term employment starting in the spring and running until September 2027. The location is Karlstad.
