Administrative Leader for Strategic Planning and Monitoring

We are now looking for an administrative leader for the Strategic Planning and Monitoring unit at the headquarters in Karlstad.

The unit is part of the Management Staff along with the unit for finance and procurement and is tasked with supporting the Director General in management, governance, and monitoring.

Your Responsibilities

As an administrative leader, you will support the Director General and the management team with administration and meeting logistics. For example, you will:

• Prepare for and receive external visits, both nationally and internationally.
• Prepare materials for and take notes during internal and external meetings.
• Other tasks as needed within the authority.

Your Qualifications

You have relevant post-secondary education and experience in qualified administrative support for management or leadership. You also need:

• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.

It is an advantage if you have worked in government operations.

Through a careful and methodical approach, you ensure that your tasks maintain good quality and you drive them independently within given frameworks.

You have a well-developed ability to collaborate and build professional relationships through respectful and clear communication. About Us

The Swedish Agency for Recruitment and Assessment works to make Sweden safer. Our main task is to enlist, register for basic training, and record personnel in the wartime organization. We also conduct tests and assessments for other authorities, such as the Police and the Swedish Defence University. In short: we ensure that the right people end up in the right place in total defense.

Due to the nature of our operations, work is primarily conducted on-site, which we hope can contribute to a clearer division between work and leisure. About the Employment

We offer you a permanent full-time position that begins with a probationary period. You will be based in Karlstad, but travel in the service may occur. Start date according to agreement.

The position is security classified, and we therefore conduct a security review with a background check according to the provisions of the Security Protection Act. With employment comes an obligation to be assigned to wartime duties.
