JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Mörmoskolan 7-9, we are looking for an engaged and structured coordinator who wants a central role in our daily work. With us, you will become a key person in creating good conditions for both students and staff.

As a coordinator at Mörmoskolan 7-9, you have a central role in the school's organization and daily work. You work closely with school management, student health, educators, and other staff to create structure, coordination, and continuity in the operations.

The role combines coordination, student-centered work, and operational development with a focus on safety, study environment, and attendance.

In the role of coordinator, you will, among other things:

• Coordinate and follow up on the school's daily operations in grades 7-9
• Provide operational support to school management and work teams
• Collaborate with guardians and external actors
• Be part of the school's student health team and function as a coordinating function for students in need of support
• Plan and coordinate meetings, activities, and interventions regarding students
• Contribute to development related to safety, study environment, and attendance
• Support and develop the school's systematic quality work

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education and/or experience working in schools or student-centered activities
• Has a good understanding of the secondary school's mission and students' needs
• Is structured, solution-focused, and has good prioritization skills
• Has excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Is confident in documentation and working in digital systems

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience in a coordinating role within schools or student-centered activities
• Experience working with attendance, safety, or student health work
• Knowledge of the school's governing documents and education law
• Knowledge of social services and the region's health and medical care work

According to the Education Act, a police record extract is required upon employment in preschools, schools, and school-age childcare.
