JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Payroll Specialist with our client, you will work with the entire payroll process from start to finish. You will be responsible for payroll runs, quality assurance of payroll data, and handling discrepancies such as absences, vacation, and compensations. The role also involves contact with managers and employees regarding payroll-related questions as well as collaboration with HR and finance.

You will have the opportunity to participate in the development and improvement of work methods, processes, and systems related to payroll, where digitization and new technological solutions are a natural part.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience in payroll work who now wants to take the next step in their development. You have a basic understanding of the payroll process and a strong interest in working more efficiently and modernly.

As a person, you are curious, proactive, and open to new work methods, preferably with an interest in AI, digitization, and system development within the payroll area. You are meticulous, structured, and responsible, yet flexible and solution-oriented.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position of Payroll Specialist is a full-time consulting assignment with an immediate start. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.
