About the Role

The role of Product Data Administrator involves the operational creation, collection, and management of product and environmental data, with a clear connection to technology, product development, and environmental requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that product information about Nokalux products is developed, structured, and maintained correctly in internal and external systems.

The position is located in Töcksfors and is part of the product department, reporting to the product manager. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the product manager, development, marketing, sales, as well as with customers, suppliers, and external industry organizations.

In your role as Product Data Administrator, your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining article numbers for finished products.
• Ensuring that product data is updated in relevant documents and systems.
• Development and maintenance of certain product-related documents.
• Development and maintenance of environmental product data.
• Maintaining product-related data in the business system.
• Performing ongoing system maintenance and structural upkeep.

The position of Product Data Administrator is a permanent employment at Nokalux, starting as agreed.

About You

We are looking for someone with a relevant post-secondary education, preferably from a university or vocational school, with a focus on technology/product development, informatics, statistics, or economics. Ideally, you have a few years of experience in administrative work and are accustomed to working in business systems and Excel. If you also have experience in documentation, technical work/testing, product development, or environmental issues, we consider that a significant plus.

Furthermore, we see that you are an engaged and driven person who wants to take responsibility for the area and contribute to its further development. Since this position is newly established, you will also have an exciting opportunity to influence and develop your role. You enjoy working in a structured manner and like handling data to create order and improvements. At Nokalux in Töcksfors in western Värmland, we develop and produce lighting fixtures for the professional market in the Nordic countries. Nokalux also has its own facility for sheet metal and plastic processing, which means that we have control over the entire production chain.
