Do you want a varied role where you combine administrative work with practical warehouse responsibility and customer contact? We are looking for a dedicated service administrator who also takes responsibility for our warehouse and is our face in the store in Karlstad.

About the role

In this role, you will work closely with our mechanics and other colleagues in the workshop. You will have a broad area of responsibility that includes administration, inventory management, and customer service, making you a central part of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Code supplier invoices and register work orders
• Register service agreements and perform invoicing
• Order goods, office supplies, and manage incoming deliveries
• Unpack, organize the warehouse, and ensure good order
• Conduct inventories and manage returns
• Receive customers in the store and provide professional service
• Contribute to order and structure on the premises, including waste management

We are looking for someone who:

• Is structured, responsible, and meticulous
• Has a good sense of service and enjoys customer contact
• Is self-driven, proactive, and positive
• Has a solution-oriented approach and contributes energy to the team

Qualifications and experience:

• High school education
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience in warehouse work, preferably with spare parts or technical products
• Technical understanding and experience working with machines such as excavators or wheel loaders is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Working hours are 07:00–16:00
