Here, you will play a central role in strengthening follow-up, quality, and decision support in an organization with a clear entrepreneurial spirit and high ambitions.

This is a business-oriented and analytically focused role where the emphasis is on follow-up, analysis, and development of working methods. The role is clearly forward-looking and business-oriented, with significant room to influence how financial information is used as a management tool in the organization.

You will be an important part of ensuring quality in the financial information and transforming data into clear decision-making material for the business. You will take an active role in creating structure, further developing follow-up models, and raising the analytical level.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ongoing follow-up and analysis of the business's results

• Compiling, structuring, and quality-assuring larger data sets

• Producing reports, forecasts, and decision-making materials

• Identifying deviations, analyzing causes, and proposing improvement measures

• Developing and streamlining internal follow-up models and routines

• Being an active support to managers and the business in financial issues

The role entails significant personal responsibility and requires you to be comfortable identifying areas for improvement and driving solutions forward.

To thrive in this role, you should be an educated economist with several years of experience in a role as a controller or a similar analytical finance function. You have worked closely with operations and are used to using finance as a tool for management and development. Experience from project operations, contracting, or manufacturing environments where business and finance are closely linked is a significant advantage.

To succeed in the role, we believe you:

• Are very strong in Excel and comfortable working with complex data

• Have good system skills and strong IT maturity

• Have experience with analytical tools such as Power BI or similar

• Are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented

• Enjoy working independently and taking initiative

As a person, you should be confident, driven, and unpretentious. You have the ability to create structure and transform numbers into clear insights. You dare to ask questions, challenge working methods, and contribute your own ideas. At the same time, you are pedagogical and can communicate financial relationships clearly and convincingly.

For this role, we are looking for a business-oriented and analytical controller, not a pure accounting specialist.

The position is based at Infrakraft's headquarters in Karlstad and is full-time.

The position begins with an employment as a consultant via LiNCK during the first year. The need is long-term, and there are very good opportunities to transition to a permanent position with Infrakraft after the period.
