We are looking for a Senior HR Consultant to immediately fill a critical skills gap for our client. This is a unique opportunity to quickly contribute your expertise in Swedish labor law and HR compliance.

About the Role

As a Senior HR Consultant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our client's HR processes, with a particular focus on compliance and labor law. You will work independently on complex issues and help ensure a stable HR function.

Responsibilities

This role focuses on ensuring HR compliance and managing labor law issues in a fast-paced environment.

  • Be responsible for HR compliance and adherence
  • Manage labor law issues and regulations
  • Ensure continuity in HR operations
  • Perform independent work on complex compliance issues

We are looking for someone who

  • Has advanced knowledge and proven experience in the HR field
  • Has advanced knowledge of Swedish labor law and local regulations
  • Has experience in independently handling complex compliance tasks
  • Has advanced proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
