About the position

Ellevio is one of Sweden's largest energy companies and plays a crucial role in the electrification of society and the transition to a fossil-free community. The company is responsible for distributing electricity to over a million customers – both households and businesses – and actively works to develop and modernize the electricity networks to meet future needs.

In the role of project controller, you will work closely with project managers and project directors to ensure that Ellevio's investment projects progress according to plan. You will be an important part of driving financial follow-up, forecasting, and risk management, as well as contributing to making well-founded decisions for the project portfolio.

Job responsibilities

The role involves supporting project managers and project directors with financial follow-up, forecasting, risk management, and portfolio assessment for various investment projects. You will work on compiling data and creating decision-making materials for management. Examples of job responsibilities include:

• Participate in portfolio meetings with project managers to understand project status
• Ensure that project data is accurately reflected in internal systems
• Contribute to decision-making processes regarding financial mandates in projects
• Conduct forecasting work with project directors and work with analysts for portfolio assessment
• Compile data and create decision-making materials/presentations

We are looking for someone who

• Has completed post-secondary education in finance, project management, energy and environment, or another relevant field
• Has fluent knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is a merit if you have

• Basic knowledge of reporting functions in Power BI
