About the position

JMS Vattenrening has over 30 years of experience in water purification and offers reliable solutions with high quality at the right price. At JMS in Karlstad, you will become part of a small, tight-knit, and family-like team consisting of two salespeople, one service technician, and the branch manager.

As a Service Coordinator, you will primarily work by contacting existing customers via phone to schedule service for their water filtration systems and follow up on service needs. You play a central role in creating excellent customer service and ensuring smooth planning between the customer and the technician.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service visits for filter installations
• Contribute to structuring and maintaining service lists in the business system
• Identify and handle customer inquiries regarding existing filter installations
• Identify potential sales opportunities and relay them to the sales team
• Administer and update customer information

We are looking for you who

• Are studying at a post-secondary level at least 50% with graduation no earlier than June 2027, or have another main occupation at least 50%
• Have excellent spoken skills in Swedish and English, as both languages are used in your work
• Have previous experience in customer service and interaction

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience in telephone sales or a role with extensive customer contact over the phone
• Technical understanding or experience from plumbing/installation
