We are now looking for a team member for our technical support and product development team. You will be part of a function that works closely with the product manager and in close collaboration with marketing, sales organization, production, and logistics.

In this role, you will have a central position where you combine technical knowledge with customer contact and quality work, focusing on ensuring high product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As technical support at our company, you will work broadly with both operational and development-related issues. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Independently manage complaint handling, including analysis, actions, and customer dialogue

  • Provide technical support and training to customers, sales organization, customer service, and internal functions

  • Participate in or lead development and improvement projects together with the product manager

  • Work on product development and continuous quality improvement in close collaboration with customers

  • Be responsible for documentation and updating of certificates and attestations

  • Ensure that our products comply with applicable legislation, regulations, and directives, especially for food contact

  • Handle customer inquiry forms and issue certificates and customer-specific statements

  • Conduct and participate in internal and external training

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Relevant university education in engineering or natural sciences, or equivalent experience

  • Several years of experience in the forestry industry or similar process industry

  • Experience in technical support, product development, or quality work

  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

  • Driver's license B

Knowledge of paper and pulp technology and experience in project management are meritorious.

About the Employment

The position is full-time, permanent. The place of employment is Bäckhammar or Karlstad, by agreement. Travel to our facilities may occur. Start date by agreement.
