About the position
JMS Water Treatment has over 30 years of experience in water treatment and offers reliable solutions with high quality at the right price. At JMS in Karlstad, you will be part of a small, close-knit, and family-oriented team consisting of two salespeople, a service technician, and the branch manager.
As a Service Coordinator, you will primarily work by contacting existing customers by phone to schedule service for their water filtration systems and follow up on service needs. You play a central role in creating good customer service and ensuring smooth planning between the customer and technician.

Responsibilities
- Schedule service visits for filter installations
- Contribute to structuring and maintaining service lists in the business system
- Identify and handle customer inquiries regarding existing filter installations
- Capture potential sales opportunities and relay them to the sales team
- Administer and update customer information
We are looking for someone who
- Is studying at a post-secondary level at least 50% with graduation no earlier than June 2027, or has another main occupation of at least 50%
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in speech, as both languages are used in your work
- Has previous experience in customer interaction and service
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience in telemarketing or a role with a lot of customer contact over the phone
- Technical understanding or experience from plumbing/installation
