At H1 Ekonomi, we continue to grow and are taking the next big step in Värmland. We are now looking for someone who wants to play a significant role in shaping our new office in Karlstad.

In August 2025, we opened our new office in Karlstad, and we are now seeking an independent and driven accounting consultant who wants to become a key person in our ongoing journey. This is a unique opportunity for you who want to take on greater responsibility, develop in the role of advisor, and help shape a workplace from the ground up – with the support of a strong team.

About the role

As our first employee based in Karlstad, you will be a central part of establishing and developing our newest office. You will:

• Work independently with financial statements, tax returns, and qualified financial advice
• Be a supportive sounding board for our clients and help them make wise decisions
• Build relationships and contribute to the office's growth through networking and business development
• Alongside the management at H1 Ekonomi, help shape the working methods, culture, and structure of the new office
• Create a safe and personal customer experience where quality and sustainability are inherent parts of the work

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who:

• Is independent in preparing financial statements and tax returns
• Is or wants to become an authorized accounting consultant
• Has a strong drive, wants to develop, and enjoys working closely with clients
• Thrives in the role of advisor and appreciates being a sounding board
• Is a person who naturally builds relationships – both with clients and in networks
• Is attracted by the idea of taking on greater responsibility and being part of building an office from scratch

H1 Ekonomi was founded in Kristinehamn in 2019 with the goal of being a personal and professional support to small and medium-sized enterprises. Today, we are located in Kristinehamn, Karlskoga, and we have just taken the step to establish ourselves properly in Karlstad.
