RESPONSIBILITIES

As a digital editor, you will have a varied and developing role where you support the municipality's operations in both digital and more traditional communication efforts. You will work closely with the communications manager and play a central role in developing, structuring, and maintaining our websites, e-services, and digital channels.

Your tasks include:

• planning, producing, and publishing content
• reviewing accessibility and ensuring that information complies with applicable guidelines
• handling simpler technical tasks in our CMS tools
• supporting operations with communication materials, updates, campaigns, and events

You also have a basic understanding of crisis communication and can contribute to quick and accurate information efforts during disruptions or incidents.

An important part of the role is to drive and coordinate the work with the municipality's e-services. Together with our e-coordinators, you will be responsible for structure, content, and ongoing management. Through collaboration with various operations, you will become an important link between the organization and our residents.

You will be part of an engaged team and work closely with the communications manager and other employees within the administrative function.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in communication, media, or a similar field, and who has experience in web publishing and digital communication. You have basic knowledge of M365, accessibility, SEO, and work in CMS, preferably Sitevision, as well as basic knowledge of InDesign. You can express yourself well in text, form, and image and feel comfortable with the principles of plain language.

As a person, you are self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented. You collaborate easily with others but also take your own initiative and drive tasks independently. You are eager to develop your skills in web development, e-services, and digital communication and have good pedagogical abilities.

A driver's license for a passenger car is a requirement.

Experience in the public sector, work with e-services, crisis communication, or content production for social media, including short films, is advantageous. An interest in digitization and organizational development is also a plus.
