Do you want to work with family law at an expansive and innovative law firm? Then you have come to the right place! Verahill Family Law is one of Sweden's fastest-growing law firms in the field of family law, with over 120 employees distributed across offices from Örnsköldsvik in the north to Malmö in the south. We primarily work with economic family law, inheritance law, and as representatives in family law disputes.

We are growing and are now looking for a lawyer with litigation experience to strengthen our team in Värmland, Närke, and Dalarna. You will be based at our office in Karlstad. We place great importance on your personal qualities and your skills as a legal representative and advisor. We believe in a proactive approach that aims to lower the threshold for our clients. In our disputes, we work to reduce conflict and when it comes to children, always with the best interests of the children in mind - something we are very proud of and industry-leading in.

What we offer We offer you an innovative and growing workplace where you will have the opportunity to develop. You will work with varied tasks with the possibility to specialize in our different areas of law. We offer competitive employment conditions, flexible working hours, and a strong corporate culture based on the fundamental idea that you as an employee should be able to perform while also feeling good at work every day. We work with mentorship for a secure start to your employment. Sustainability for both you as an employee and for us as a company is our guiding principle, and as a strong and thriving organization in an exciting and expansive phase, we are looking for someone who wants to contribute to Sweden's sharpest law firm.

Who are you? You have the right personal qualities to thrive in the role of a lawyer in family law. You are curious, forward-thinking, goal-oriented, competent, social, and positive, and you approach new tasks with engagement, courage, and drive. You have a completed Swedish law degree and a strong interest in family law.

Primarily, we are looking for employees with previous experience in family law; experience in the role of a representative in custody, housing, and visitation as well as property division is meritorious. If you also have experience in inheritance disputes, that is a plus, but we also welcome applications from lawyers at the beginning of their careers who meet the profile we are looking for. As travel is involved in the position, you need to have a valid driver's license (B).

Application We warmly welcome your application today, but no later than September 20, 2025. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We are unable to handle applications via email. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me;
