ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Payroll Administrator at our client, you will work daily with payroll. This includes handling deviation reporting, travel expenses, various payroll controls, and monitoring sickness or other absences. You will be in contact with authorities as well as managers, employees, and HR departments.

The support systems our client uses are HR-plus 8 and SAP SuccessFactors. The role involves many points of contact at all levels of the organization.

The assignment is primarily full-time, but the client is also open to a part-time solution of 50%. The start will be in early February and the assignment will last until after the summer.

YOUR PROFILE

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in payroll or several years of experience in payroll work, or equivalent relevant work experience. You work service-oriented and have a consultative approach, while also having a genuine interest in payroll issues and working in a structured and meticulous manner.

We believe you are a positive and social person who enjoys having many points of contact within the organization and likes to help and provide the best possible support. For the position, you need to be available to work on-site in Karlstad.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in HR-plus 8 or have experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
