The Education Sector includes preschool and school operations.
Description
This is a part-time position split 50% at Sannerud School (grades 7–9) and 50% at Sannerud School (grades F–6) and Dalliden. Your primary placement will be at Sannerud School (grades 7–9).
As a School Administrator, you will have several parallel tasks and great freedom to plan your day based on current needs. Purchasing, ordering, preparing joint activities, and other types of support for the operations are also part of the role.
Here, you will have a broad, varied, and stimulating position where the focus is on administration, service, and numerous contacts. You are a key person in the operation, interacting with staff, students, and guardians, as well as collaborating with both internal and external actors.
The School Administrator is part of an overarching network within the Education Sector. The network meets regularly, and we value experience sharing and mutual support highly.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Substitute teacher management
- Student and personnel administration
- Scheduling
- Document management and archives
- Invoice processing in the school's financial system
- Reporting and administration of personnel data to authorities such as SCB and the Swedish National Agency for Education
- Administration related to premises, supplier contacts, and other practical matters concerning the school's operations
- Coordinating students' care needs in after-school centers during holidays and development days
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have post-secondary education, preferably in administration, economics, or HR. Previous experience working as a school administrator at a larger school unit is advantageous. We also appreciate experience working with multiple managers. As a person, you are flexible and thrive with varied tasks and a fast-paced work environment.
It is natural for you to use the computer as a work tool, and you handle different systems with ease. Experience with NovaSchem, Edlevo, and Raindance is advantageous.
To perform the duties well, you need excellent ability to build and maintain good relationships and strong collaboration skills. The work requires that you can structure and plan your work independently and prioritize tasks when necessary. As a person, you are a clear coordinator and leader, service-oriented, flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances. You are clear in your communication and express yourself well in both speech and writing.
Conditions
The position is full-time (100%).
