Start: Week 26 (with 1-2 days of training before start)
Assignment Duration: Week 26-32 (summer job, full-time)
Other Information: The work is performed on-site at the client's premises in Karlstad
About the Job
As a receptionist at Manpower, working on-site with our client, you will have a central role where you are responsible for providing first-class service to visitors and employees. The role is varied and involves both administrative and practical tasks.
You will work independently and be responsible for ensuring that daily service runs smoothly.
Examples of tasks:
- Receive visitors and manage access cards
- Answer phones and handle incoming inquiries
- Hand out keys
- Handle mail and distribute newspapers
- Responsible for coffee machines and dishwashers
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for you who are service-oriented, responsible, and enjoy working independently. You are structured, communicative, and have a natural way of treating people professionally.
We see that you have:
- Good ability to work independently
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Another main occupation (e.g., studies or other work)
- Availability to work the entire period and participate in training before start
Merits:
- Experience from service occupations
- Previous work in reception or a similar role
