We are now looking for staff members to join the secretariat for the Population Protection Division, which is responsible for the agency's work within population protection. At our agency, we often handle tasks of different natures simultaneously. This requires you to thrive in a role where a strategic holistic perspective is combined with the ability to drive complex projects with concrete results. You can prioritize, act independently, and are a reliable team player who contributes to a positive work environment. To succeed in your duties, you possess very strong administrative skills.

We are looking for you who have:

  • Recently completed an academic degree in a relevant field, preferably in economics or political science.
  • Up to two years of work experience in a relevant field.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Swedish and English.

It is meritorious if you have:

  • Experience in project financing.
  • Experience in reporting on delegated authority.
  • Experience working in financial management systems and document management systems.
  • Experience in process and operational development.
  • Knowledge in contract law or other legal areas relevant to the distribution of state grants.

In all our work, both internally and externally, we must act based on the public sector values. As an employee and leader here, you are expected to act in accordance with the agency's approach.

This approach applies in everyday life, crisis, and war. It should be seen as a whole and builds upon itself; collaboration-oriented – proactive – action-oriented.
